where are recaro maritime seats made?
RECARO Seats are made in Germany by RECARO Automotive GmbH and then shipped to Sun Marine Seats BV in Holland. Sun Marine are the only Authorized Licensed Partner to RECARO and produce RECARO Maritime seats and an enormous range of accessories. Genuine RECARO Maritime products are only available from Licensed Importers and Dealers
is my warrany still valid?
Alu Design products carry a one-year warranty and RECARO Maritime seats and SHOXS also, one year. If products were supplied by an Authorized Importer / Dealer, your Warranty will be valid.
can i speak to someone right now?
We will do our best! There should always be someone available during office hours. In busy periods (for example during exhibitions) we aim to put you in touch with one of our seat specialists.
i need spare parts in a hurry!
Please send your enquiry to info@crownseats.co.uk and mark “Urgent!” We should be able to dispatch parts, within the UK, same day.
how do i pay for your products?
We are mainly a business – to – business Company but also sell direct to end-users. Clients have the option to pay in £, EURO or USD.

Delivery Options & Guidelines
direct from factory
For pallet loads and crates or boxes, deliveries to your yard or vessel can be arranged direct from factory.
internal post
A small stock of seats and spare spare parts are kept by our logistics partners in each country for overnight dispatch.
ready for Delivery
A pallet of four seats weighs up to 250kg. Please make sure that you are able to handle these shipments
Tracking
Unless very small items are sent by post, all shipments from Crown are traceable.
Report Damaged Item
Packaging, crates or goods that are damaged on arrival should be photographed and reported to us at info@crownseats.co.uk
Return a Package
